Our service department currently consists of eight crews. We specialize in electrical repairs as well as maintenance of existing systems. We have extensive knowledge of motor controls as well as signal systems and automated control wiring. We also have experience in network wiring and data outlets installation.

We offer twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week emergency service to all of our customers. Our crews are constantly in touch with our office as well as our service manager via mobile communication. This saves our customers money by making us more efficient in our handling of calls.

In providing complete service, the department utilizes six fully equipped vans, two pickup trucks and two bucket trucks. The bucket trucks are used primarily in setting and servicing exterior pole lights.

We pride ourselves on being able to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers needs. We have been providing service for the Charleston area for the 100 plus years we have been in business. We consider our service department to be just as important as our construction division. We are committed to providing the absolute best service that is available.

We also perform diagnostic testing using thermal imaging, infrared camera technology.
